Which file formats do you accept?
PDF is the preferred format for printing. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, INDD, CDR, TIFF, JPG and PNG, as well as Word files for simple documents. If you are not sure, send us what you have and we will check it.
What is bleed and do I need it?
Bleed is an extra 3 mm of background around your design that is trimmed off after printing. It makes sure colours and images reach the very edge of the paper with no white lines. If your design has colour to the edge, please add bleed — or ask us and we will set it up.
How long does a job take?
It depends on the product, the quantity and the finishing. Simple jobs such as copies are often ready the same day, while invitations or large runs take longer. We always agree the delivery date with you when you place the order.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We send you a digital proof (or show you a printed one when needed) and print only after you approve it.
Can you design my print for me?
Of course. Tell us what you need and send us your logo, texts and photos. We will prepare a design and adjust it until you are happy.
Can I order in Dasaki Achnas and pick up there?
Yes. Our Dasaki Achnas shop accepts orders for all our print services. We produce the job in Larnaca and you collect it from the shop you prefer.
